This full-time employment joins WDI’s Grants Management team to provide operational and administrative project implementation support in the healthcare, education, energy, and finance sectors in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).

The successful candidate meets our list of requirements, some of which are:
1 – Possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, public policy, international relations (or similar) AND two years of relevant work experience (e.g., project management and grant/proposal writing) — OR — a relevant master’s degree with one year of relevant work experience
2 – Studied, lived, or worked abroad in Low- or Middle-Income Countries (LMICs), and is able to work successfully in cross-cultural settings
3 – Able to travel to LMICs and successfully interact with and give presentations to management, counterparts, etc. in the fields of business and international development
4 – Possess superior verbal and written English communication skills
5 – Able to provide proof of vaccination and up-to-date booster(s) against COVID-19
6 – Able to work on-site in WDI’s office at least 50% per month (the remainder of work occurs in your “primary residence” in the State of Michigan)
7 – Authorized to work full-time in the United States without this employer’s sponsorship for employment-based visa status (because this entry-level role is ineligible for sponsorship)
