In December 2015, D-Rev launched ReMotion, an affordable prosthetic knee for low-income amputees.
About the Position
We are looking for a new member of the ReMotion team to support the growth of this impact-driven business. The ReMotion Scaling Fellow will work with prosthetic clinicians and distributors to grow ReMotion’s customer pipeline and close sales. You’ll also manage our customer database, work with global supply chain partners, and analyze sales metrics with the goal of delivering quality prosthetic devices to underserved customers. In addition to growing the professionalism of our sales operations, you will develop the ReMotion brand by initiating and executing marketing campaigns.

You have success identifying and cultivating strong relationships through conscientious and effective communications. You have an analytical mind for managing operational processes, and are constantly working the creative part of your brain with new ideas for making improvements. You have a bias toward independent action and a deeply organized workstyle that drives results in fluid situations. You’re curious and seek information outside the immediate purview of your job. Also, you have:
• 1-3 years in a business development, sales, marketing or communications role
• Skill at using CRM systems (or willingness to learn)
• Willingness to travel periodically, including internationally, for a total of 4-8 weeks annually.
• Communicate with prospective and existing customers to close sales
• Analyze processes to drive strategic and operational improvements
• Maintain D-Rev’s CRM database
• Manage fulfillment and delivery
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns
