ABOUT RIPPLE RESEARCH
Ripple Research is an advisory firm operating at the intersection of data science, social
impact, and behaviour change. We collaborate with policymakers, researchers, businesses,
and philanthropies to build resilient societies—both online and offline. Using big-data analysis,
we uncover behavioural and cultural insights to develop high-impact solutions for sustainable
growth across diverse sectors.
Our team is redefining how research is conducted in areas such as climate change, public
health, sustainability, and infodemic management. Our partners and clients include The
Fletcher School at Tufts University, World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention (CDC), Save the Children, and many others. Our work continues to be
featured in leading global publications including New York Times, WIRED, Politico, Forbes and
Washington Post.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an exceptionally driven and methodical Research Analyst to tackle complex,
challenges in collaboration with leading global institutions. In this role, you will be at the
forefront of research efforts, combining quantitative analysis, qualitative exploration,
and problem-solving frameworks to deliver insights that inform strategies and drive
systemic change.
Your core responsibilities will include breaking down ambiguous problems, identifying key
research questions, and distilling findings into precise, actionable recommendations. You will
play a pivotal role in producing outputs like data spreadsheets, policy briefs, reports, and
presentations to influence decisions on critical issues such as climate resilience,
misinformation, and public health. If you have strong analytical skills, a passion for
social impact, and the ability to translate data into solutions, we’d love to hear
from you.
