NextBillion - An Initiative of the William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan

This is a fully remote position, with a geographic preference for Metropolitan DC (DMV). Some travel is required.

Responsibilities:
– Generate new sales opportunities and support the sales team in developing leads
– Maintain and improve the sales pipeline and other SalesTech tools
– Build and nurture relationships by helping prospects learn how SurveyCTO can be a solution for their needs
– Research markets, organizations, and accounts across relevant industries
– Assist in communicating and documenting sales process, best practices, and learnings from business activities
– Represent the team at conferences, events, workshops, and in-person meetings in order to help identify leads and help communicate how we can be a solution for various mobile data collection needs

Skills and experience:
– Up to 4 years of work experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
– Keen interest in learning and developing sales skills
– Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills
– Strong desire to succeed, both independently and as part of a team
– Fast learner, able to both independently problem-solve and work collaboratively
– Ability to own and manage multiple projects—from assignment to delivery
