They are a cool-minded, critical thinker who will provide a baseline-level of support for all users. Additionally, they will be responsible for conducting trainings, developing learning resources and identifying opportunities for increased process efficiencies. Ideal candidates are service-oriented and have previously experience in a Salesforce support role.
