(The role) Senior Associates will guide stakeholders and clients through difficult yet important adaptations of their practices, translating complex concepts into understandable insights. Senior Associates will also build rapport with clients by understanding their needs and adding value to their mission. Within the team, they work directly with their project managers and leads to deliver high-quality services and will eventually have the opportunity to lead teams. The key responsibilities of the Senior Associate will include, but are not limited to 1) Leading and overseeing the development of technical components of RBF instruments from scratch, 2) Leading the creation of proposals and client deliverables, 3) Managing project budgets and contracts with clients and subcontractors, 4) Proposing, structuring, and overseeing data analyses, 5) Preparing and delivering clear and effective presentations to stakeholders in the public and private sectors, 6) Actively improving their RBF services and their delivery systems.

(Education) Master’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Public Administration, Engineering, Business, or related fields; (Experience) At least 6 years of experience, including 4 years of relevant work experience in international development and/or in the public sector; (Specific knowledge/experience) Proven track record in the team, project, and stakeholders management; Ability to work well with people from different backgrounds and build trust. (Languages) Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English – C2.
