myAgro is an award-winning social enterprise working in Mali and Senegal, West Africa. Our mission is to help small-scale farmers, who make up 80% of the world\’s poor, move out of poverty by providing certified seed and fertilizer, technical assistance and market access via a mobile layaway payment system. About this Role

myAgro is seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic professional with background in research and data analysis to support the CEO by leading internal strategy planning and analysis, as well as discrete special projects supporting the scale and effectiveness of myAgro\’s programs. Reporting to the CEO, the Strategic Planning Manager will be an internal consultant to the CEO to support work on scale, partnerships, and increasing impact. This is a new role, and the Strategic Planning Manager will play a critical role in developing and strengthening the program and operations of a young but fast-growing social enterprise, laying the foundation as myAgro expands to support tens of thousands more farmers in the coming years.

Successful candidates will have an impressive track record of effective data-based decision-making and experience in strategic planning roles. Experience in management consulting or in a similar role at a complex international organization would be ideal. Knowledge and experience in global development is required; background relating to ICT for development, financial services, and/or smallholder farmers is highly desirable.
