This position is part of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), Office of Equity and Investment Funds (OEIF). As a Supervisory Investment Funds Specialist (Managing Director) you will be responsible for managing investment fund investment activities in accordance with the policies and directives of the department and in consultation with the Vice President and Deputy Vice President of OEIF.

Duties
Supervise direct reports, establish priorities, plan, and assign work, track progress, and review the performance of assigned employees.

Support the conceptual development and operational implementation of OEIF’s strategic objectives.

Implement the OEIF investment funds program, including origination, evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, commitment, disbursement, monitoring, and realization.

Maintain a working knowledge of OEIF policy and procedures and oversee consistent implementation and compliance, including in the areas of commercial judgment, ethics, compliance, and documentation procedures.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance
• This position will require foreign travel to developing countries
