Adam Bornstein
The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB, and Malaria

Adam Bornstein is an innovation health financing specialist with The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB, and Malaria based in Geneva, Switzerland. He is responsible for developing and structuring alternative funding products, working with government ministries and civil society to identify sustainable pools of funding, and implementing mHealth solutions targeted at AIDS, TB and malaria. He formerly was resident representative for International Finance Corporation, and before that was senior vice president at CDIB Capital, a Hong Kong-based private equity fund where he was responsible for direct investments in private and public companies across Asia. He earned a master’s in business administration degree from Boston University Graduate School of Management and is conversant in Mandarin Chinese and Mongolian.
