Anna-Kay Brown is an attorney-at-law at Stanbrook Prudhoe, a leading cross-Caribbean practice firm with offices in the Turks & Caicos, Guyana and the Cayman Islands.

She has spent considerable time at the firm’s Guyana office and has been involved in significant litigation in Guyana. Notably, utilising her experience in commercial litigation and her knowledge of Caribbean constitutional law, she has been involved in several public law claims, including judicial review and constitutional claims related to environmental law and climate change in Guyana. Many of these claims have either prompted positive remedial actions from the Environmental Protection Agency or reaped positive decisions crucial for environmental protection.
