Carolina Andrade is currently a Masters Candidate in Technology and Innovation Management in Science and Technology Policy Research at the University of Sussex in England.She has a BA in International Relations with a specialization in Entrepreneurship at FGV-EAESP.Carolina worked for nearly four years at Artemisia, where she served on the selection and training of entrepreneurs, the coordination of Strategic Partnerships and as director of the social business accelerator.Carolina also worked for AIESEC, Junior Achievement Santa Catarina and DDI, human resources consultancy in the Netherlands.
