Prior to that David worked in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. David’s commitment to a market-led approach to financial inclusion has led him to work on a wide range of issues including market research for product innovation and customer service, process optimisation, costing and pricing of financial services, institutional development and transformation and the role and potential of digital financial services to deepen and extend outreach to the poor.
