Dr. James Bernstein, Huma Malik, and Ariel Trilling

Dr. James Bernstein is the co-founder, chairman and CEO of Eniware, LLC. Trained in thoracic, vascular and transplantation surgery, he has been CEO of health care companies Noxilizer, Informax, Age Wave and General Health, Inc., was a senior researcher in the laboratory of Jonas Salk and served as chairman of President Jimmy Carter’s health policy advisory group.

Huma Malik is the co-founder, COO and senior vice president for international programs at Eniware. She has more than 18 years of experience in the nonprofit sector with experience in international diplomacy, project development and public relations at CSIS and Georgetown University. She is the founder of Walkabout Development Solutions International, a sustainable economic development organization active in Pakistan.

Ariel Trilling, communications associate at Eniware, has research and writing experience on global health, health policy and health care quality improvement. She graduated from Princeton with a degree in history, focusing on the history of medicine, and certificates in global health policy and dance. She interned with Montefiore Medical Center’s Network Performance Group and previously worked as a research assistant on domestic public health at the Woodrow Wilson Center for International Scholars.
