Erica Dhawan is a Legatum fellow and an MBA candidate at MIT Sloan School of Management. Her Legatum project is to create a business incubator in India focused on the development of agricultural inputs that are both high yielding, yet environmentally sustainable. Prior to business school, Erica worked as a manager at Ziqitza Education (Education Access for All), a for-profit start up based in Mumbai, India. She began her career with Lehman Brothers, which she joined after earning a degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
