Gaurav Sinha is a development professional with over seven years of experience in process and outcome measurement across diverse themes like financial inclusion, digital financial literacy, WASH, women’s economic empowerment, public health, clean energy, and education. Augmenting the development of program metrics and tools to capture them, assisting the formulation of research design, operationalizing research constructs, steering project monitoring, and impact evaluation, handling resource allocation and optimization, ensuring measures for data quality, undertaking statistical analysis, leading data dissemination efforts to inculcate a system owned data-driven management approach. He has worked on projects across multiple countries with clients such as Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), Water.org, Ford Foundation, Wells Fargo, United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives (APPI), Department for International Development (DFID) – UK, amongst others.

Gaurav completed his post-graduation in Environmental management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management and has a Bachelor’s in Computer Application from the Birla Institute of Technology. Currently, he works as Program Manager- Client Insights for Impact at Grameen Foundation India.
