Johanna joined VisionFund in 2009. She became a member of the Senior Executive Team in May 2018 reporting directly to Michael Mithika, the President and CEO. In her current role as Global Director of Impact, Johanna is responsible for ensuring that VisionFund does everything it can to deliver benefits its clients and their children.

Previously she was Director of Social Performance, where she found ways to measure and evaluate VisionFund’s products and services.

Prior to joining VisionFund, Johanna held a number of roles ranging from a tutor at Oxford and university lecturer in Texas to 18 years in global bank operations.
