Juan Manuel is a PhD candidate in Politics and Public Administration at the University of Hong Kong where he investigates the scalability processes of social innovation in educational initiatives. He is the business manager of CESA.
Juan Manuel is co-founder of Buena Nota, an organization that accompanies and develops social enterprises. This organization focuses on the development of sustainable, high-impact projects. He is also part of the La Ciudad Verde as a member of the national coordination team where they promote more sustainable cities and regions.
In 2013 he co-led the “What Works” program of the New Cities Foundation that seeks to scale social and urban high impact innovations in cities worldwide. He has been a consultant to cultural policy, sustainable development and social innovation.
