Lee-Anne Pitcaithly is working to prove that there are sustainable operational and commercial models for delivering formal banking services to the poor via mobile money. Before joining Grameen Foundation, she served as Acting CEO of WING Cambodia. She has more than six years of on-the-ground experience in mobile money start ups, having been involved with all the key elements of the development of mobile financial services (agent network, regulation, system development, KYC and compliance, back office processing, product development and partnership management). She previously worked in the utilities, logistics and telecommunications industries, specializing in project management, governance, and commercial management.
