Leo Tobias is the Technical Program Manager for the Grameen Foundation Microsavings project.  He spent the first year of the project in the Philippines with CARD Bank but has since broadened his focus to include the technical aspects of our projects in Bahar Dar, Ethiopia and Varanasi, India.  Leo has over 20 years of technology management experience including both hardware infrastructure and software implementations with various organizations including DuPont, Sherwin-Williams, PNC Financial Services (National City Bank), Alcoa, Osborn International and Jamaica Broilers Group.
