Melanie de Nysschen is a financial services industry professional with a legal background and extensive experience in the investment banking industry, specifically corporate finance and capital markets.

She is currently focussed on the venture capital- and private equity industries, with a strong emphasis on the sustainable development, and ultimately growth, of emerging fund managers, and investing for financial return while also considering the benefits to women, both through improving economic opportunities and social well being for girls and women (gender lens investing), ultimately in support of an economy in which more small- and medium-sized enterprises can succeed.
