Najada Kumbuli is an Investment Officer on the Strategic Initiatives team at Calvert Foundation. Najada works on strategy, partnership development, fundraising, and capital deployment for current and future initiatives at Calvert Foundation. Her main areas of focus are gender lens investing in particular in the clean energy space through the Women Investing in Women Initiative and place based investing in the U.S. through the Ours to Own campaign.

Prior to joining Calvert Foundation, Najada worked as a Project Assistant for the Central and Eastern European team at the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs. She also worked with Community Reinvestment Fund and has been involved in international development work in Kenya, Cambodia and Albania.

She received a B.A. in Economics from Macalester College in Minnesota.
