Nick Bianchi
Center for Financial Services Innovation

Nick Bianchi is a Research Analyst, Insights and Analytics, at the Center for Financial Services Innovation. Bianchi’s research work serves to identify and report on emerging and innovative trends in the financial service industry to better serve underbanked consumers. His research concentrates on issues related to consumer credit, including small dollar credit products and credit-building alternatives.

 

Prior to joining CFSI, Bianchi served as Research Analyst for a national network of community organizations, where he performed original research and reported on consumer financial issues impacting low and moderate income households, including mortgage banking, home foreclosures, and small dollar credit products.  He also has five years experience working in community economic development and has managed a small business development program and a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) in Chicago, IL.

 

Bianchi possesses a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Art’s degree in History from Georgetown University in Washington D.C.
