Paulo Rocha is the Coordinator of Strategic Initiatives in theAVINA Foundation.He has served on the foundation since 2005, when he specialized in the study of inclusive business.He was manager of the Center for National Articulação Ação pela Cidadania Business Network in Brazil.He also was director of the company, Consultoria em Gestão Social Ethics and Social Responsibility Coordinator of the Fundação Unimed.

Paulo has a degree in Communications with emphasis in Public Relations from the Catholic University of Minas Gerais.Has a graduate degree in Management of Corporate Social Responsibility and an MBA in Strategic Management.
