Agfund Development Programme

The AGFUND Development Programme is a pilot opportunity designed for Diana Award Recipients based in Africa who are already leading social action in their communities.

This six-month programme supports young changemakers to strengthen, sustain and grow their work through expert-led learning, peer connection and personalised development support.

It has been shaped through engagement with Diana Award Recipients across Africa, highlighting a need for practical support around sustainability, leadership, partnerships, funding and growth.

Programme Onboarding: September 2026
Programme Starts: October 2026

 

WHO IS THE PROGRAMME FOR?

This pilot programme is open exclusively to Diana Award Recipients who:

 

Are based in Africa
Are aged 16-25 at the start of the programme
Are actively leading social action, a project, initiative or campaign
Are looking to strengthen, sustain or grow their work
Can commit to participating in a six-month virtual programme

About
