The LeadGreen Fellowship catalyzes the potential of young environmental changemakers across Africa. We empower emerging climate leaders by equipping them with practical skills, dedicated mentorship, and a powerful network of peers.
Designed for high-impact youth aged 20-30, our intensive program goes beyond traditional training. We accelerate the careers and initiatives of young Africans who are already driving bold, community-centered solutions for a sustainable continent.
Our impact
Through the program the fellows learn the environmental challenges affecting their community and continent through practical training, expert conversations and peer learning, take real environmental action through structured LeadGreen Missions designed to be achievable in their own community
A journey from environmental awareness to action.
The program is online and self-paced and weekly program, designed to fit around your studies and your life. But it’s not something you do alone. You’ll move through 12 weeks as part of a global cohort, with live masterclasses, peer learning, and a community that extends well beyond graduation.
