Purpose of the Sub-Delegation Call
Through this Call for Proposals, AUDA-NEPAD seeks to partner with regional and national actors capable of implementing initiatives that:
- Strengthen entrepreneurial skills and support micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
- Expand access to finance, digital tools, and markets for young entrepreneurs and women-led enterprises.
- Promote innovation-driven employment, especially in emerging sectors such as green energy, agribusiness, and digital transformation.
- Foster cross-border collaboration through regional value chains and trade integration.
- Support capacity building, policy dialogue, and advocacy to sustain gender equality and youth participation in development.

Eligibility and Target Partners
The call is open to:
- Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) operating at national or regional levels with proven experience in youth and women’s development initiatives.
- Private sector entities committed to social impact investments, innovation, and inclusive business models.
- Public institutions with mandates to promote entrepreneurship, education, and workforce development.
Eligible applicants should demonstrate:
- Proven technical and financial capacity to manage donor-funded programs.
