About Climateshot Investor Coalition (CLIC)
The Climateshot Investor Coalition (CLIC) is a global coalition driving investment in sustainable agriculture and food systems. We work to accelerate and scale finance for low-carbon, climate-resilient, and nature-positive agriculture and food systems globally. Climate Policy Initiative (CPI) is the secretariat for CLIC.
The Agrifood Investment Connector (Connector) is CLIC’s technical assistance program that supports agribusinesses with impact assessment and investment engagement. We work with climate- and nature-positive enterprises across the agrifood value chain in sub-Saharan Africa, and Latin America and the Caribbean. Learn more about our agribusiness cohort here.
Impact assessment: We have developed an investor-aligned approach to climate and nature impact assessment for agribusinesses. We apply our data-driven, evidence-based methodology to produce a comprehensive impact assessment report and pitch deck integrated with impact data. Learn more about our approach to impact assessment.
Investment engagement: We facilitate meaningful connections between agribusinesses and investors, including one-on-one connections to our investor network and curated opportunities for in-person and virtual investor engagement events. We also support agribusinesses with their investor outreach material such as pitch decks, business overviews, data room development, and other fundraising needs.
