Held annually, the UBS Female Founder Award honours exceptional early-stage tech founders who demonstrate strong leadership, scalable business models and clear impact potential in fintech and enterprise tech. Finalists gain visibility with investors, access to UBS networks and expert feedback on their growth strategies. Winners are automatically invited to join the next cohort of Project Female Founder, our year-long accelerator program.
Through the award, we aim to spotlight the performance and investment potential of women-led tech ventures, helping founders open doors to capital, partnerships and new markets. The program builds on UBS research and insights into the value of diversity in entrepreneurship and investing.
