ygap is an international organisation that creates positive change by making entrepreneurship more inclusive. At a micro level, ygap looks to increase the capacity and agency of entrepreneurs to run successful businesses that are making a positive impact.
The ygap Kenya program offers the necessary support and resources to enable entrepreneurs create, launch, scale and sustain businesses that are making an impact, thereby unlocking their full potential and uplifting their communities in the process.
The program will consist of a week’s accelerator followed by 12 months of support tailored for early stage enterprises and start-ups, which includes strategy, branding, legal, mentorship, accounting support, among others.
The program requires that you are available for the duration of the accelerator, and your application will not be considered if you are not available for the 5 days starting from 13th March 2025.
The application process is highly competitive, and only the qualifying applicants will proceed to the interview stage.

This program is specifically designed for founders and co-founders of ventures. As such, we only accept applications from individuals who hold these roles within their organizations.
Who we are looking for ventures that;
*Are Registered
*Have Kenyan Founders. ygap Kenya backs local change.
*Are creating social or environmental Impact in their communities
*Are using digital solutions to scale
*Have been operating for at least two years
*Have made some revenue (not necessarily profits)
Women led enterprises are encouraged to apply.
