Luca Rancilio is an Italian entrepreneur.

After 25 years spent in a family business (Rancilio Espresso Machine) he founded the family office Rancilio Cube, together with other members of the Rancilio family. The family office is responsible for managing family assets in a professional manner and is in charge of making targeted investments in private equity and any assets class.

With Cube, Luca is an impact investor, an angel investor and he likes to co-invest with other entrepreneurs.

With Rancilio Cube, the family supports the prize Romano Rancilio Award (in collaboration with Berkeley University, Banca Intesa, Università Cattolica) and Mamma, che impresa! (an Italian storytelling production).

Luca seats in many BOD of italian and international companies. He’s the first Italian Toniic member.

He’s the inventor of “Impact Park”, the first event in Italy fully dedicated to Impact Investment.
