About Us: The Digital Impact Alliance (DIAL) is a global non-profit, reimagining how data and digital technology can fuel bold, inclusive solutions to society’s toughest challenges – from advancing equality to driving sustainable economic growth and addressing climate change.
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in the United States, today we are based across four continents, including in countries such as South Africa, India, Switzerland, and beyond. Our team works at the intersection of research, policy, and practice, equipping leaders with the insights, tools, and resources they need to make informed, forward-thinking decisions that drive real, lasting benefits for people.
Our strength lies not only in the expertise we have, but in who we are – a global alliance, partnering with many of the world’s most influential investors and changemakers in digital development. As such, we are uniquely positioned to help build consensus and political will towards a world where data and digital technology serve people, society, and the planet.

Annual Salary Range: USD $130,000 – $140,000
We determine salary offers based on the unique strengths each candidate brings—your skills, experience, qualifications, and other role-related factors. If you’re stepping into this level for the first time, your offer will likely be toward the lower end of the range, allowing room for growth as you build experience. If you’ve already spent time at this level and bring proven, relevant expertise, you can expect an offer toward the higher end of the range.
The Digital Impact Alliance operates as a remote-first organization. While this position is primarily performed in a virtual work environment, some travel may be required during the year for in-person meetings and occasional team retreats.
We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every listed qualification.
