All roles at CapShift require flexibility and collaboration, given the start-up nature of the organization. CapShift is looking for an Associate, Portfolios who will:
Portfolio Construction and Management
– Help build impact investment portfolios, leveraging CapShift platform of impact investment opportunities and portfolio mandates to develop portfolio recommendations for clients
– Evaluate portfolios against client mandates and recommend updates to portfolios when appropriate
– Process development, documentation, and integration of portfolio construction and management with other CapShift systems
– Performance reporting
– Support investment implementation in partnership with Operations Team
Client Engagement
– Support client communications, account opening, reporting, and meeting preparation
– Develop and produce client-facing deliverables
– Grow into leading client relationships
– Establish and monitor metrics of success across client relationships
– Institutionalize client best practices across various CapShift team members working with clients
Qualifications
– 0-3 years of relevant work experience
– Exposure or experience with wealth management, investment finance, or impact investing
– Exposure or experience with private investments and public investments
– Familiarity with portfolio construction considerations and processes
– Strong project management skills and an ability to critically review and prioritize projects
– Proactive, collaborative, thoughtful, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and able to effectively communicate across multiple business units and stakeholders
– Eager to work in a high-growth, flexible startup environment in which employees are expected to take on multiple responsibilities and leadership positions
– Experience with Salesforce CRM desired
– Preference for demonstrated familiarity on topics of impact investing and/or philanthropy
– Alignment with CapShift’s vision of systems change through mobilizing large amounts of capital into authentic impact investments across the Sustainable Development Goals
