Purpose of the assignment
The purpose of this assignment is to provide temporary brand, communications, and design capacity during a maternity leave replacement period and to ensure continuity, quality, and consistency across Bopinc’s internal and external communications outputs.

Objectives of the assignment
Maintain a consistent and recognizable Bopinc brand identity across platforms, channels, and events.

Produce high-quality visual and communication materials for internal
and external use.

Translate project content into clear, engaging, and fit-for-purpose visual deliverables.

Support the organisation and maintenance of communication assets
and templates.

Strengthen internal communications workflows through the responsible use of AI-enabled tools and process improvements.

Strengthen timely delivery of communication products for organisational and project needs.
