Description
ThinkWell seeks an Integrated Behavioral Consultant to provide technical leadership in the application of person-centered approaches to improve health system performance and health outcomes. The consultant will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of behavioral health interventions and contribute to new business development activities to expand ThinkWell’s behavioral health practice.
This is a six month consultant role with approximately 15-20 hours a week reporting to the Director of Mental Health.
responsibilities
· Design and facilitate a quality improvement collaborative including behavioral health clinicians, community-based staff, and administrative leadership for up to 20 organizations
· Conduct one-on-one coaching and technical assistance forlearning collaborative participants
· Support business development efforts by identifying and cultivating new funding opportunities, contributing to capture strategies, strategic partnerships, and donor engagement across the mental health and global health portfolios.
· Lead and contribute to proposal development processes, including technical approach design, staffing plans, work planning, budget inputs, and preparation of high-quality, competitive submissions for local and state government, clinical organization, professional association, and foundation-funded opportunities.
