About the Opportunity
Circles International is at a pivotal stage in its growth and is recruiting for a new Partnerships / Account Manager position. The primary focus of this role will be to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their existing partners. The secondary focus will be on business development with prospective partners, and administration as needed.

As a member of a small collaborative team, the person in this role will provide cross-cutting support to Circles International’s team and programs. They are an “all hands on deck” team, meaning you must be comfortable with everything from big-picture strategic planning, to administrative tasks such as data entry or folding brochures prior to an event. The position reports directly to the CEO, while collaborating closely with various team members throughout.

The Partnerships / Account Manager will have responsibilities in the following job functions:
Partner Account Management
-Communicate with prospective clients to understand their needs, explain their service value, and guide them through the partnership process until contract
-Build relationships with contracted partners based on trust and respect, and serve as their trusted and reliable point-of-contact, answering questions and setting up meetings, providing needed resources and materials, and ensuring their services are meeting their needs
-Work with Operations and Communications team members to follow up with prospective clients after workshops, conferences and events

Administration
-Scheduling, planning and following up on client meetings
-Provide timely responses to phone or email inquiries
-Maintain contacts list, Google calendar, and other organizational tools as needed
-Provide project management and event planning support to CEO and additional team members

Required Skills and Experience
-Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within Circles International and externally
-Ability to actively listen and enthusiasm for understanding others’ needs
-Ability to quickly learn new technology and adapt to a growing and changing environment
-Self-managed, ability to work independently, and manage up to accomplish priorities
-1-3 years of experience in early stage start-up teams (may include exceptional student leadership experience)

Preferred Skills and Experience
-Experience with self-directed roles or supporting an executive team in a small start-up capacity
-Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Insightly or Salesforce and project management platforms such as Monday.com or Trello

The Nuts and Bolts
-Approximately 10-20 hours/week, with potential opportunity for growth after 6-12 months.
$20-30 per hour based on experience.
-Ability to work out of their San Francisco, CA, or White Salmon, WA, office preferred, but remote candidates will also be considered.
-Ideal start date: July 1, 2021 or earlier.
