Monday, September 8, 2014

That the official launch of the National Electronic (e-ID) card project by President Goodluck Jonathan penultimate Thursday has put credibility to the new national identity card project, started by the Nigerian Identity Management Commission (NIMC) in October last year is not in doubt.
