Nigerian Governor – Why We’re Training Health Professionals

Rabiu Kwankwaso said his administration recently gave out overseas scholarships to the tune of over N2 billion to 300 secondary school leavers to study medicine and pharmacy in different universities in Sudan, Egypt, Uganda, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and India.
Kwankwaso made the disclosure while receiving the President, International Programme and Strategic Alliance, M.S. Ramaiah Academy of Health and Applied Sciences, Bangalore, India, Dr. Naresh Shetty, in his office.
