Termii, a Nigerian communications platform-as-a-service startup, has announced a $3.65 million raise in new funding. This brings its total funding to date to more than $5 million.
According to Co-Founder and CEO, Gbolade Emmanuel, in a chat with TechCrunch, the funds are not needed for operational activities but to fuel the company’s expansion initiatives: developing and promoting existing and new products in new markets with a priority to Francophone African countries (starting with the Ivory Coast), and not North Africa as earlier planned.
