Isabel Whisson and Moonmoon Shehrin
BRAC

Isabel Whisson joined BRAC in May 2014 as communications and knowledge management officer for the Microfinance Programme. She helps the programme capture and project its institutional knowledge through internal and external communications, with emphasis on new initiatives led by the research and development unit. Prior to joining BRAC Isabel worked on accessibility and media and information literacy policy at UNESCO. She holds a master’s degree in international public policy from University College London and a bachelor’s degree in politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies in London.

 

Moonmoon Shehrin joined BRAC in September 2012 as a management trainee. Since becoming a management professional in 2013 she has designed and implemented new financial products and services as part of BRAC Microfinance’s research and development unit. Moonmoon leads the medical treatment loan project and manages BRAC’s microinsurance and health check-up pilots. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics from York University, Toronto.
