Dr. Aline Laucke is a Chief Impact Officer at Studio Nima

Aline Laucke has served as a consultant for corporate responsibility, social enterprise and social financing for the last ten years. She holds a PhD in management and organization theory, for which she investigated strategic paradoxes in organizations that provide essential goods and services to the Base of the Pyramid in emerging markets.

For her doctoral study, she has received a scholarship from Siemens Stiftung and travelled to Colombia, Mexico, Kenya and South Africa to interview and analyze social enterprises in the health care sector as well as the broader ecosystems in which they operate. At Zeppelin University, Germany, she taught classes for bachelor, masters, and executive masters students on the topics of social enterprise, social innovation, social financing and base of the pyramid strategies. Prior to this, Aline has worked at the Grameen Creative Lab. From 2014 to 2015 Aline has served as a curator for the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers.
