Annie Hall is a communications and engagement strategist, providing marketing, sales and customer management support to water service providers and sanitation businesses across WSUP programmes. 

Annie has a background in the commercial sector having previously worked within creative and digital agencies, as well as IBM’s mid-market marketing function. She is currently helping social enterprises in Bangladesh market sanitation services to low income communities, supporting water utilities to improve customer retention, and assisting colleagues in the roll out of Covid-19 hygiene campaigns across Kenya and Ghana.
