Ayla Schlosser

Ayla is an entrepreneur with a decade of experience in social impact who specializes in human capital development, user-centered design and startups. She founded and was the CEO of Resonate, a nonprofit social enterprise in Rwanda that builds the leadership capacity of women and girls. She grew Resonate from the ground up, leading expansion into 4 East African countries, and executed a successful transition to new leadership within 6 years. Previously, Ayla worked as a change management consultant and community organizer.

Ayla consults on strategy for various companies and nonprofits, is on the Board of Directors at Resonate and is an International Grant Advisor for The Pollination Project. She is currently a Sloan Fellow at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
