Nagesh is an Ashoka Fellow and the Founder of Trust for Retailers and Retail Associates of India, an organization dedicated to build Pride and Respect for front-end employees, fostering inclusion in the retail industry by providing livelihoods to Persons With Disabilities (PwD’s). Through his organization, B.S. Nagesh has trained more than 21000 PwD’s in the last 10 years, equipping individuals with skills that led to over 72% of them securing jobs and lifting their families out of poverty.
