Isabela Carvalho is a journalist with a graduate degree in communications. She works as a community mobilizer at Ashoka Changemakers, designing strategies for digital communication, community construction, and social projects in Portuguese. She also has experience in international cooperation, press consulting, and public relations.

Michelle Fidelholc is a business administration graduate through the Universidade de São Paulo (São Paulo University) who has recently discovered social entrepreneurship. She spent a year in Israel and in Bangladesh, where she interned at Grameen Bank. Michelle currently works at Ashoka, as a Changemakers mobilizer.
