Daria Sheehan and Joshua Sledge
The Citi Foundation and the Center for Financial Services Innovation

Daria Sheehan is a senior program officer at the Citi Foundation where she leads the Foundation’s investments in Financial Inclusion in the U.S. She collaborates with national financial capability and asset building organizations to create innovative programs that help individuals establish positive financial behaviors, access safe and appropriate financial products, and build and preserve assets so that they can improve their financial security and achieve their financial goals. She is currently a member of the Asset Funder Network Steering Committee and the Working Families Success Network Leadership Group. Previously, Sheehan directed the Citi Foundation’s global Education portfolio and led the development of its college success and youth education and livelihoods strategies. Prior to joining Citi, she held various positions in corporate communications, community relations and consumer affairs at Pepsi-Cola Co., Unilever and Chesebrough-Pond’s.

 

Joshua Sledge is a Manager with the Center for Financial Services Innovation (CFSI). He manages and advises on initiatives designed to support innovators working on solutions to improve financial health, most notably the Financial Capability Innovation Fund. Sledge works with diverse stakeholders to explore different approaches, strategies and products that can move the financial services industry further toward helping Americans make the most of what they have. Sledge was previously an Analyst on the Insights & Analytics team at CFSI. Prior to joining CFSI, Josh was a Senior Investment Analyst at Prudential Capital Group, an investment division of Prudential Financial, where he analyzed the business strategy and financial performance of middle market companies to assess their suitability for long-term, fixed rate debt investments.
