Dhruv Pandey is part of the investments team at Social Alpha and looks after the portfolio of companies incubated at Social Alpha. His job role involves stringent evaluation, assessment and due diligence of startups according to FISE’s incubation criteria. Post-incubation, he is responsible for regular monitoring of existing portfolio enterprises and providing them support from a compliance and governance point of view. He also works with different ecosystem partners for lab-to-market enablement of FISE’s Innovation Pipeline

He is a part of the TAS batch of 2015, a prestigious management cadre run by the Tata Group. He has worked in short stints across different sectors like telecommunications and healthcare as well as in the non-profit sector in different capacities from strategy to business development. An MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi, he did his bachelors in Computer Engineering from NIT Surat. He is a firm believer in potential of grassroots innovation and wants to work with companies who are willing to develop and apply innovative technological solutions to solve the most intractable development problems of our society.
