Evan Scandling is Sunlabob’s regional director for Southeast Asia, focusing on developing partnerships and new business opportunities related to renewable energy and rural electrification. He also is responsible for expanding recognition with international audiences including customers, partners and investors as Sunlabob continues its growth throughout Asia, Africa and the Pacific region.

Prior to Sunlabob, Scandling worked at a global communications consultancy advising corporations, governments and NGOs in the renewable energy and clean technologies sectors. Evan also co-launched a website focused on regional cleantech issues and acted as a regional co-chair of the Cleantech Open, a business accelerator for cleantech entrepreneurs. He has worked in North America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
