Gituku Ngene is a strategy, innovation and learning lead with extensive experience in sustainable development and economic transformation in frontier markets. He currently leads post investment and learning at the Google.org Youth Impact Labs, a Mercy Corps project, where he works with high growth enterprises to address some of the toughest development problems. He previously worked with Dalberg Advisors where he advised c-suite leaders of Fortune 500s, governments, NGOs, foundations and multi-lateral institutions on business and operational strategy, financial analysis, change management and strategy implementation, capacity development, organizational effectiveness and design of new partnerships and initiatives. His experience spans multiple sectors including agribusiness, financial inclusion, MSMEs and entrepreneurship, education, ICT4D and public-private partnerships.
