John F. Akwetey is a Quantitative/Evaluation Expert under contract with the William Davidson Institute, University of Michigan, specializing in impact measurement and counterfactual estimation. He has led evaluations for organizations like USAID, IOM, and the Mastercard Foundation, applying data-driven insights to assess program effectiveness.

John is also a Nonresident Research Assistant for the Common Approach to Impact Measurement at Sprott School of Business, Carleton University, Canada, and a Ph.D. candidate in Evaluation Science at Western Michigan University with strong expertise that spans economic evaluation, impact measurement, meta-evaluation, and collaborative assessment in global development and systems.
