Justin Grider, a UX quantitative researcher at Facebook, was formerly an analyst at BFA working in customer insights. Prior to joining BFA, he worked in Uganda helping implement a three-year RCT testing the efficacy of graduation models. He earned a master’s degree in international development economics from the University of San Francisco. He has published work in The Journal of Development Effectiveness analyzing the economic impacts of wheelchair provision in Ethiopia.
